Akhil Bansal is the Deputy CEO of KPMG in India. He is responsible for service delivery and overall strategy implementation for the Firm in India.Akhil is a Chartered Accountant and a rank holder. He has over 25 years of experience in audit operations and strategy implementation, and has worked closely with several prominent Indian business houses and multinationals. He is Co-Chairman of the Economic Affairs Sub Committee, member of the CSR Committee at ASSOCHAM
Executive Chairman (REVATHI EQUIPMENT Ltd). He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1992 and started his career as the Vice President of OCL India Limited in 1992. After spending time with different parts of the Group, he assumed responsibility for the overall management of the cement operations.
Manu Rikhye joined Encore in 2005 as a founding member of the India management team. He is currently Executive Vice President, Encore Capital Group, and Managing Director of Midland Credit Management India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Encore Capital Group.
Sanjeev is currently the Global Head for BPM at Cognizant and is known for his passion for People and Customers. Prior to this, he spent 14 years with GE leading Six Sigma, Service Delivery, Relationship Management and Business Leader roles across India, US, Philippines & Guatemala. He also served as the India leader for GE Volunteers and on the Board of GE Volunteers Foundation in the United States.
President of Multinational Software Company known as ISTS WORLD WIDE, Virender started with Literacy India as a donor, he is a firm believer of education and community welfare.
Ms. Sonali Dutta is Vice President – Corporate Affairs, Bry Air (Asia). She has over 24 year experience in all aspects of Marketing, Corporate Communication, and HR & IPR. She has been with Bry-Air from 1988 and heads their Corporate Affairs. Bry-Air’s association with Literacy India is now over five years and going strong. Bry-Air is partnering Literacy India in its effort to enrich the life of underprivileged children by providing them education and other skills. The journey of Bry-Air and DRI, which are flagship companies of the Pahwa group.

Mr. Joy Kumar Jain has rich experience in audit as well as management services with Price Waterhouse Coopers (“PwC”), for over 27 years including over 15 years as a partner in PwC. He has 20 years of experience in carrying out and managing large and complex valuation, due diligence, corporate restructuring assignments for a host of large Indian and multi national companies engaged in industrial products, consumer goods, automotive industry, real estate, mutual funds, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, IT etc. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Joy financial Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and proprietor of Joy Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants.

He is the founder and coach at Aravali Scholars wherein deserving students from low income neighbourhoods are motivated to achieve their potential. He is also a mentor and investor in several start-ups, most of which are in the social enterprise space.
